We have included city scenes small to large, which we captured at all hours of the day. To me, nothing else compares to the excitement of nighttime photo’s in urban settings.

Cities

Many of the images you see on this page come from several recognizable large cities, including New York, Paris and San Diego. Other images originate in smaller cities including s’Hertogenbosch ( NL), Carlsbad (Ca, USA), Oceanside (CA, USA), Mendocino (CA, USA) and Williamsburg (VA,USA).

Photo’s

Night photo’s generally involved tripod support to allow optimum aperture settings. The interior photo’s used high ISO settings to optimize aperture and provide shutter speeds suitable without tripod support. The exceptions include the image of the Empire State Building and the sunrise (near Phila., PA USA), which are film images taken at low shutter speed and large aperture.
